Complete business stack — built for my own LLC
Zion Automation LLC · Fort Morgan, CO
When I started my own business I needed invoicing, payment collection, client management, and a website. Instead of signing up for a handful of monthly subscriptions that barely talk to each other, I built it all myself — connected, automated, and owned outright.
A new inquiry comes in through the contact form — the client is added to the system automatically, gets a confirmation email, and I get an alert on my phone. When it's time to invoice, I fill out a form, hit send, and the client gets an email with a payment link. When they pay, it marks itself complete and I get notified. Nothing in that chain requires me to manually touch anything.
The website is custom-built from scratch — not a template, not a drag-and-drop builder. Fast, clean, and I own every file. No monthly fees to anyone.
