Service &
project disclosure.

What the website shows, how projects are accepted, and where the limits are.

Project scope

This website describes potential services and examples. Submitting an inquiry does not create a service agreement or guarantee acceptance. Scope, pricing, schedules, deliverables, intellectual-property rights, third-party costs, and any support or warranty commitments must be addressed in the project agreement.

Models and prototypes

CAD renders, models, and interactive demos may depict unbuilt concepts or work in progress. Appearance does not establish performance, manufacturability, safety, certification, or regulatory compliance. Models are not construction or operating instructions. Testing and validation must be appropriate to the intended use; prototypes are not represented as production-ready or suitable for safety-critical applications.

Tube-audio projects may involve hazardous voltages. Do not construct, energize, or modify equipment based solely on website images or demonstration files.

Service acceptance and refusal

Zion Automation LLC reserves the right to decline new projects for lawful business reasons, including limited capacity, work outside the offered scope, technical infeasibility, safety concerns, conflicts of interest, unlawful requests, or abusive or threatening conduct. Any suspension or termination of accepted work, including for nonpayment, is subject to the project agreement and applicable law.

Services are offered in accordance with applicable nondiscrimination laws. This policy does not authorize refusal based on a legally protected characteristic or eliminate any accommodation or other obligation imposed by law.

Licensing and third-party services

Zion Automation LLC does not provide licensed electrical contracting or licensed professional engineering services. Work requiring licensed professionals, permits, product certification, or independent testing must be identified and arranged as appropriate to the project. Third-party hardware, hosting, software, AI tools, and platforms may have separate fees, terms, limitations, and availability.

Rights and questions

This disclosure does not waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, and does not replace the terms of an accepted project agreement. Contact [email protected] with questions about a proposed service.
