Terms of Service

Last updated: July 20, 2026

Clipflow Z is a private web app operated by Zion Automation LLC for reviewing, scheduling, and publishing approved short-form gaming clips to the owner's connected TikTok account.

Purpose

The app helps review, schedule, and publish short gaming clips that are owned, created, edited, or approved by the account owner. Clips move through draft, scheduled, posted, and failed states, and nothing is submitted without creator approval.

Authorized Use

The app may only be used to publish content the account owner has the right to use. The app must not be used to impersonate others, automate spam, manipulate engagement, scrape TikTok, or publish content that violates TikTok's terms or community guidelines.

TikTok Account Connection

The app uses TikTok Login/OAuth to connect a TikTok account and request only the permissions needed for the posting workflow. The account owner can revoke access through TikTok account settings or by contacting Zion Automation LLC.

Content Approval

Only clips marked as approved in the queue should be submitted for publishing. Public automated posting should not begin until the account owner has approved the first live post and confirmed the posting schedule.

Data Stored

The app may store the connected TikTok account identifier, OAuth tokens, local queue metadata, video filenames or paths, posting status, and API response logs. Secrets and OAuth tokens are stored outside public folders.

Availability

The app is provided as a private operational tool. Zion Automation LLC may pause, modify, or disable the workflow for maintenance, safety, account protection, or compliance reasons.
