Clipflow Z is a private web app for reviewing, scheduling, and publishing approved short-form clips to TikTok. This policy explains the limited data used to connect a TikTok account and publish approved videos.
The app may collect and store TikTok account identifiers returned through TikTok Login, OAuth access and refresh tokens, approved video filenames or paths, queue metadata, scheduled posting targets, posting status, and API response logs.
Information is used to identify the connected TikTok account, maintain the approved posting queue, submit approved clips through TikTok's Content Posting API, and troubleshoot failed posting attempts.
Video content and required posting metadata are sent to TikTok when an approved clip is submitted for publishing. Zion Automation LLC does not sell this data and does not use it for advertising profiles.
Operational files are stored on systems controlled by Zion Automation LLC. OAuth tokens and secrets are kept outside public web folders and outside the public NAS share. Access is limited to the operator responsible for the workflow.
Queue metadata and logs may be kept as long as needed to operate, debug, and audit the posting workflow. Video files may be archived or deleted after publishing according to the owner's workflow rules.
The connected TikTok account owner can revoke app access in TikTok account settings. Zion Automation LLC can also delete local tokens and queue metadata on request.
